UNFPA Kampala comprises 1,500 rentable square footage of office space located on three floors and sentry house located at 12 A Baskerville Avenue, Kololo, Kampala.
UNFPA is seeking cleaning services for its Kampala offices. This will be a long term agreement for the provision of cleaning, disposal of refuse and compound maintenance services renewable per annum for up to three (3) years (commencing on 16 March 2011).
Your offer, comprising the technical proposal and the financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach the following address no later than 23 February 2011 at 04.00 p.m Kampala time. Both technical and financial proposals should be clearly marked. Bids will be opened on 23 February 2011 at 04.30 p.m at UNFPA office. Bidders may send their representatives to witness the bid opening, if they wish.
