As part of the Communication and Media Strategy to advance the ICPD agenda beyond 2014, the United Nations Population fund (UNFPA) seeks partnership with Creative Writers and Artists (including poets, film makers, musicians, actors/actresses, comedians, etc.) to champion sexual and reproductive health and gender issues.
The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) invites proposals from Creative Writers and Artists, for innovative communication.
Interested individuals and firms shall send their bids to UNFPA’s reception no later than 17th November 2014, at 3.00pm East African time. Bidders shall submit sealed technical and financial proposals all sealed in one envelope clearly marked “PROPOSAL FOR CREATIVE WRITERS AND ARTISTS”, addressed to the National Procurement Officer.
Bids received after the stipulated date and time shall not be accepted under any circumstances. Bids delivered through courier and post later than the due date shall not be registered and shall be returned unopened.
Any clarifications relating to this bid shall be addressed in writing to the National Procurement Officer, UNFPA, Plot 12A Baskerville Avenue, Kololo, P.O.Box 7184, Kampala, Uganda or Email [email protected], not later than 10th November 2014.
UNFPA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
