REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – Re-advertised Filming the Programme Launch Ceremony

The Government of Uganda and United Nations have embarked on a Joint programme on Population (JPP) to tap on the opportunities presented by the bulging youth population. The programme will be officially launched in June 2011. This initiative aims to help accelerate and put in place the conditions necessary for Uganda to be able to reap a "demographic bonus" as a large population of young people prepare to enter the labour market. For a successful launch Programme, UNFPA as the administrative Agency would like engage services of suitable qualified and experienced professionals / firms to:

The bid shall reach UNFPA's reception no later than 06 May 2011, at 12.00 noon Kampala time.  Bids shall be opened on 06 May 2011, at 12.30 p.m. Kampala time at the office of UNFPA at 12A, Baskerville Avenue, Kololo, Kampala.

Electronic bids shall be submitted only to email address procureug@unfpa.org. Bids received after the stipulated date and time shall not be accepted under any circumstances. Bids delivered through courier and post later than date due shall not be registered and shall be returned unopened.

Any questions relating to this bid shall be addressed in writing to the following UNFPA personnel no later than 03 May 2011 at 04.00 p.m (Kampala time).
