UNFPA has identified the need for further implementation research to help health services offer an HSC- and TXA-inclusive intervention package to prevent and treat PPH among pregnant women living in low-resource settings without reliable power source for cold chain storage. The present implementation research in Uganda is part of a larger pilot implementation study. The consultnat will support the planning and implementation of the PPH research at the national level. The NSC will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of all the outputs as defined in the study protocol.
