The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), an international development agency, is seeking qualified Bids for the provision of constancy services to undertake the base line survey for the joint programme on Gender Based Violence at national and in target districts of Uganda. Competent firms are hereby invited to submit their best Technical and Financial Bids for the requested services. The successful bid will form the basis for a contract for professional services (CPS) between that firm and UNFPA.
