The Family Planning Atlas provides an overview of factors associated with family planning use as well as trends in the indicators. The Atlas also provides a pictorial presentation of the family planning situation in Uganda, highlighting inequalities in utilization and service delivery.

This information is useful in informing policy advocacy as well as programming interventions.

It has been was developed based on further analysis of existing survey datasets such as the Uganda Demographic and Health Surveys and Performance Monitoring and Accountability (PMA) 2020.
